What do you need to do to get started?

  1. Fill out this informational form: www.eventcoordinationservices.com/Form1
  2. Give us 2 weeks to put together your website, event logo, print materials, & social media package.
  3. Approve the materials.
  4. Forward the materials to your donor base, or we can help with that if you fill out:  www.eventcoordinationservices.com/Form2
  5. Set aside some time to personally call people and invite them to attend your event.
  6. Show up at the event and run your informational table.
  7. Receive your donor information, expense report, and check. (yay!)
  8. Send out thank you letters and tax donation receipts.
