What do you need to do to get started?

- Give us 2 weeks to put together your website, event logo, print materials, & social media package.
- Approve the materials.
- Forward the materials to your donor base, or we can help with that if you fill out: www.eventcoordinationservices.com/Form2
- Set aside some time to personally call people and invite them to attend your event.
- Show up at the event and run your informational table.
- Receive your donor information, expense report, and check. (yay!)
- Send out thank you letters and tax donation receipts.
